Booking and Payments
1. A 25% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
2. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event date.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
2. Cancellations made between 30-15 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
3. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
1. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days before the original event date.
2. A rescheduling fee of ₹2,000 may apply for changes made less than 30 days before the event.
Delivery of Photos
1. Edited photos will be delivered within 4-6 weeks after the event date.
2. Rush processing is available for an additional fee.
